A spirit of sacrifice. That is what we need. I am so excited. So Thrilled. HE is giving us a good spirit. And now talking up Lincoln! Humility. WOW. That is a new concept. . . what a vision.
Sharing a journey and vision and hope with those huddled around radios in forgotten parts of the world? Incredible.
THANK YOU, President-Elect OBAMA!!!

Thank you to everyone who voted, worked the canvassing, and worked the polls. YES WE DID!
She was in Prince William County, ensuring that “That One” could bring Change to “Real America.” I was here in Indiana, over at Woodlawn Fire Station, with a fantastic poll crew. Wow. Exhausting. Exhilarating. Amazing.
Senator McCain gave a very gracious speech.
And now the Senator has promised the new puppy coming to the White House.
Winning feels so much better than losing. It has been too long, and now I am tired and happy. Wow.
Voter Id Law sucks November 4, 2008

How does this law suck, let me count the ways: nice young woman has a CT id and proof of residency, and a lot of
Time. She is even registered to vote. We try to send her to the BMV to get an Indiana id. Great, you say? NO. Without a birth certificate-which she used to get her drivers license-no state id for her. Which means disenfranchisment.
Another young man moved recently to another county. He is still a resident of Indiana. His id matches his voter registration. Can he vote for state offices? NO. Disenfranchised. WTF.
This sucks. I feel so bad. I mean, yes, they should have planned ahead, but. Sheesh.
