		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve been doing some cooking with rice noodles myself recently, though I imagine if you were making Pad See Ew yours were thicker. After some online reading and a bit of experimentation I found that if you boil a big pot of water and then give it a couple of minutes to cool, then add the noodles for about 5 minutes, you get a good noodle. Be careful though, there is a definite risk of overcooking and creating a gooey-rubbery mess.]]></description>
